About the White River Junction VAMC:
The White River Junction VA Medical Center (VAMC) is a member of the VA New England Healthcare System (VA NEHS). It delivers quality health care to eligible veterans in Vermont and 4 ½ neighboring counties in New Hampshire from its main campus at White River Junction, VT and four Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in Bennington, Colchester and Rutland VT, and Littleton, NH. The facility also supports DoD through comprehensive sharing agreements and ongoing federal emergency preparedness planning. Our delivery process consists of eleven Service Lines.
Located on the White River Junction VAMC Campus is the White River Junction Veterans Service Center of the Manchester VA Regional Office. This provides a “one-stop shopping” opportunity for veterans, family members and other eligible beneficiaries to receive health care and benefits all at the same location. The Regional Office is aligned under the VBA Eastern Area with program responsibilities to all veterans and dependents in the State of Vermont and the entire country of Canada.
White River Junction works closely with the other members of the VA New England Healthcare System to share resources and meet the needs of our New England veteran population.
