SWAT team house demolition in Louisiana

Neighbors in a Louisiana community have been complaining a lot about the noise from an abandoned home that was slated for demolition. The SWAT team has been using the home for training purposes. Flash bombs and grenades have been set off inside the house while neighbors gather outside to watch.

The home was supposed to be demolished by February, but asbestos contamination had pushed back the timeline. Council members awarded the asbestos removal contract on March 4, and the company was given 10 business days to complete the demolition, which neighbors say was six months overdue.
