Landowners clean up two illegal dump sites in Texas
Jack R. Coiner of Asbestos Maintenance Services was indicted in October on charges related to illegal asbestos dumping in Canyon and Borger, Texas. The property owners were notified of the asbestos contamination, and a spokesman from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) stated that the owners are responsible for cleaning it up. In both of the illegal dump sites, the property owners have already taken steps to remediate the asbestos contamination.
