Bill Koessler, who owns Park Lane Catering, already operates his business in the ballrooms and other first-floor spaces of the hotel. His group intends to complete a remodeling project in the building’s 235 hotel rooms, 111 apartments, two restaurants, a jazz club, a coffee shop and retail space.
