Residents of public housing project voice concern about asbestos removal

Residents of the Hampton Court Housing Project in Henderson, NV are worried that an asbestos removal project at their complex is being performed improperly. They are also concerned that workers are not wearing adequate safety gear. The Clark County Housing Authority reports that the asbestos abatement project complies with all federal safety precautions. A&B Environmental, the asbestos abatement company under contract to perform the asbestos removal, says they are licensed to perform asbestos abatement and that their methods have been approved by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
