Canton City Council Approves Additional Funding for Asbestos Abatement Project

The Canton City Council (Canton, Ohio) approved close to $250,000 in additional funds to remove asbestos from the Onesto Hotel, an historic downtown building. The total amount of the asbestos abatement project is currently estimated as $900,000, according to a March 14, 2007 article appearing in the Akron Beacon Journal.
